These terms govern your use of sraretcg.store and any purchase you make from SRareTCG. By placing an order you agree to them. Last reviewed: on publication.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full where the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot verify the delivery address.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Card prices move constantly and we may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, offer the item at the correct price, and refund you in full if you decline.
Product descriptions and condition
We describe every item as accurately as we can. Condition grading is a matter of judgement and our definitions are published on our condition guide. Where a card sits between two grades we list it at the lower one. Photographs are representative unless the listing states the photograph is of the exact card.
Sealed product is sold as it comes from the manufacturer. We do not weigh, search or open sealed product, and we cannot guarantee the contents of any sealed item beyond what the manufacturer states. Pull rates are set by the manufacturer and we make no representation about what any sealed product contains.
Preorders
Preorder items are charged at the time of order and ship on or after the release date shown on the product page. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change. If a date changes we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks made in bad faith.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to scrape or bulk-download our catalog, to interfere with the site's operation, or to resell our listing content. You may not use automated tools to place orders or to buy limited-allocation product beyond published purchase limits.
Intellectual property
The design of this site, our logo, our photographs and our written descriptions belong to SRareTCG. Product names, set names, card names and associated marks belong to their respective rights holders. SRareTCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any other rights holder whose products we resell. We sell genuine product sourced from authorised distributors and from private sellers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost speculative value of a card. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and of the United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of South Carolina, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim in your own state of residence where applicable law gives you that right.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
