- Order information: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number. We need this to take payment and deliver your order.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors. Card numbers are submitted directly to the processor and are never stored on our systems.
- Account information: if you create an account, your email address, a hashed password, and your saved addresses and order history.
- Marketing preferences: your email address, if you sign up for restock alerts, and whether you have unsubscribed.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Correspondence: messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone, and our replies.

- To process, pack, ship and refund your orders
- To send transactional messages: order confirmation, shipping confirmation, preorder date changes, and refund notices

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the shop, and only as far as they need it:
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf
- Payment processors, to take and refund payment
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking
- Email provider, to send transactional and marketing email
- Analytics providers, to understand how the site is used
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work — keeping your cart, keeping you logged in, and security. We also use analytics and, where you have consented, marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work properly without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, which in the United States is generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of marketing or of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing email
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payment details go directly to the processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the review date above. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
