Sell Your Collection

We buy Pokémon collections — bulk, sealed, singles, graded slabs, and shoeboxes somebody inherited and does not know what to do with. Send us a list or a few photographs and we will make an offer within 1 business day.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you have. Email support@sraretcg.store with a list, photographs, or both. Photographs of the spread laid out on a table are more useful than a close-up of one card.
  2. We make an offer within 1 business day. The offer is itemised for anything individually valuable and priced per pound or per thousand for bulk.
  3. You post it or drop it off. Over $99.00 we cover the shipping both ways — if you decline our final offer after we have inspected the collection, we post it back at our cost, not yours.
  4. We check it and pay. We confirm the collection matches what was described, then pay by bank transfer or PayPal within 3 business days of it arriving.

What we pay

Our offers are a percentage of what we can realistically sell the card for, not a percentage of a price-guide high. As a rough guide we pay 50% to 70% of our own selling price in cash for singles in demand, and more in store credit. Bulk commons and uncommons are priced by weight or by thousand.

Minimum buy is $25.00. Below that the postage and the handling cost more than the cards are worth, and we would rather say so than waste your afternoon.

What we buy

  • Sealed Pokémon product, English and Japanese, any era
  • Singles worth roughly $2 and up, any condition including damaged
  • Graded slabs from PSA, CGC and BGS
  • Bulk commons and uncommons, sorted or unsorted
  • Complete or near-complete sets

What we do not buy

  • Anything we cannot establish clear ownership of
  • Counterfeit or proxy cards, including "custom" and fan-made cards
  • Cards with mould, water damage through the whole collection, or a smoke smell
  • Cracked or tampered-with slabs

If you are selling a collection you inherited

Take your time and get a second quote. We will tell you plainly when something is worth more through auction than it is worth to us, because a collection sold badly once is sold badly forever and we would rather lose that deal than be the shop that lowballed somebody's family. That is not generosity, it is just how you stay in business in a small hobby where everyone talks.
